Monthly RV Site Requirements
RVs must be 2010 or newer and may not exceed 20 feet wide by 50 feet long.
RV Type
Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, Class A, B, & C are all welcome. Park models are not permitted.
Background Check
All monthly guests are required to complete a criminal background check before move-in. All customers must meet the park's requirements before occupying a site.
Minimum Stay
The minimum monthly commitment is 28 days.
Month-to-Month Stays
Monthly stays are offered on a month-to-month basis and are subject to the High Chaparral RV Park Site Service Agreement and park rules.
Pet Requirements
Pets are welcome at High Chaparral RV Park, subject to park rules. Aggressive breeds are not permitted, including American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, Cane Corsos, Presa Canarios, Mastiffs, Wolf Hybrids, Siberian Huskies, and Alaskan Malamutes.
Monthly RV Site Payment Information
First Month's Payment
The first month's rent is due at move-in. After move-in, monthly rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Electricity Deposit
A $150 electricity deposit is required for monthly guests.
Accepted Payment Methods
High Chaparral RV Park accepts cash, check, debit/credit card, ACH transfer, and Venmo. Electronic payments may be subject to additional fees. Debit and credit card payments may require authorization for High Chaparral RV Park to automatically charge recurring monthly payments.
